Arde's celebrates their 10th Anniversary, May 3rd, of bringing fine Mediterranean Dining to Joplin's landmark Redding's Mill pool and bathhouse, an elite spring-fed pool from the turn of the century.  As a tribute to Joplin's elegant past, we have preserved and remodeled this historic facility to include a four star restaurant, banquet and meeting rooms, and Tuscan style decor.  And of course, Reddings Mill Spring Water, fresh from our own springs, is the only water we serve.

Open Wednesday through Saturday,  from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. to close. We are glad to open on Monday and tuesday for special parties or meetings.

 Come and visit Arde for lunch at Arde's Bistro on 407 S. Main from 10:30 to 8:00pm. Monday thru Saturday. Meeting room available for lunch or dinner also.With 24 hour notice Arde will have to go meals ready for your lunch or dinner meetings. (You can just drive to the back door for a quick pick-up) 624-3536  Lunch is fast for those who are short on time.
